Summary: In this chapter, Evan wanted to see how much money he needed to make 100 dollars. He needed to make 53 more dollars. Then, he wondered how much he needed to make each day by Sunday. He wrote 53 divided by 3. He needed to make 17 more dollars on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and during those three days, he needed to make 2 extra bucks. So, he went to the park and started a lemonade stand. By the time he was finished setting it up, everybody was in line. But then, Officer Ken had come over and said that he wasn’t allowed to sell lemonade in public. Evan said that Jessie was selling lemonade in the neighborhood but Officer Ken had said that if its in the neighborhood it is okay. But Evan didn’t want to clean his stand up and he told Officer Ken about the bet. So, Officer Ken said to clean the stand up but before Evan could do that, Officer Ken said that he would buy a cup of lemonade. He gave Evan a five dollar bill and he left with the cup and Evan put away his stand. But Evan was surprised that he got five dollars. Five dollars! He could’ve bought many different things if he had gotten that two days ago. But then he thought ‘Five dollars? That’s just a little bit. That is so useless. How is that supposed to help me get 100 dollars?’
