Matilda, Chapter 4, the Ghost!

In Matilda… Matilda’s friend had a parrot. Matilda’s friend’s name was Fred. The parrot’s name was Chopper. The parrot and Fred were friends. The parrot was all Fred’s. His mother had to spend money. He was a good boy standing in line, so was his mother, his mother had to spend $2. 32. I like the part where Fred was a good boy in line. It was at the pet store. Fred was so happy. He couldn’t wait but he stayed still. His sister Lily came to. He was 6. His sister was 3. I do not like the part where the parrot was all Fred. It was just down 3 streets from his house. He listened to his mother. And Lily. They were all happy. Their mother’s name was Mrs. Hale. The pet store was Lilys favorite place.

Matilda, Chapter 3: The hat and the superglue, by Roald Dahl, illustrated by Quentin Blake

In Matilda… In the morning, Matilda went into her dad’s room to find the hat he wore every day and his superglue. Her dad was gone. He was going to sell cars to everyone. Matilda tried to trick her father. And it worked. She promised she was going to put it back. And she did, but it took long time, but her dad was even longer, as soon as she put it back her dad was home. I like the part where Matilda put her dad’s stuff back. It was in 5 hours. Her dad was back in 5 hours in 20 minutes. There were 20 people who needed cars. There were 10 at the orange house. There were 8 people at their neighbors. And 2 at the red house. I do not like the part where Matilda tried to trick her father. She tried many different ways. She tried 15 different ways. She figured it out at 1. She counted down. Instead of up. It was fun.

Matilda, Chapter 2!

In the book called: Matilda… Matilda asked how her father sells cars. Her father’s name is Mr. Wormwood. He told her all about selling cars. Her mother was watching television. Her mother’s name was called Mrs. Wormwood. She was watching if Mr. Wormwood was right. Mr. Wormwood was also watching, but didn’t really watch, because he was so busy telling Matilda how to sell cars, he didn’t get any part wrong, Matilda said” COOL!!! I like the part where Mr. Wormwood didn’t get any part wrong. No part wrong while telling Matilda. No mistakes. He was all right. And telling the truth. No wronging. And no purpose not telling the truth. I do not like the part where Mr. Wormwood wasn’t watching. Mrs. Wormwood kept saying keep watching. And Mike. And Matilda. He was not listening. He was too excited to tell. But Matilda wanted to sell cars too, so she got some hats and some Superglue.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Chapter 27 Mike Teavee is sent by Television! By Roald Dahl, Illustrated by Quentin Blake!!!

In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory… Mike Teavee was even MORE excited than Grandpa Joe of seeing a Chocolate bar. Way more. He was 22 more excited than Grandpa Joe. Grandpa Joe was just 20 excited. Mike was 42 excited. He was so excited he couldn’t wait what to do. But he had to wait. I like the part where Mike was so excited that he couldn’t wait what to do. It was in the room. He was too excited. But then for a reason he turned small. Nobody knew what the reason was. And nobody knew where he went. And nobody could see him. I do not like the part where Mike Teavee had to wait. He thought waiting was boring. And slow. He was WAY so happy. He couldn’t wait. He asked his parents if he could go. Most his mom.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Chapter 26

In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory… Charlie and Grandpa Joe were in the Teavee family. They stepped out of the lift. They came into a big room. They were dazzlingly white. And dazzlingly bright. They were very shocked. Mr. Wonka was a little too. I like the part where they were dazzlingly white and bright. It was in the lift. It was a glass lift. It was made out of chocolate. It said: WONKA’S CHOCOLATES! THEY’RE THE BEST IN THE WORLD! IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE US, TRY ONE FOR YOURSELF- NOW!” Mr. Wonka was happy. Everybody else was too, they said WOW in the room, they said it together. I do not like the part where everybody was shocked. All except Willy Wonka. Willy Wonka knew that place. They were shocked in the room. Everything in the room was made out of chocolate. It was like the whole place was brown. So everybody stayed behind Mr. Wonka.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Chapter 25: The Great Glass Lift!

In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory… Mr. Wonka never saw a Great Glass Lift. He was so surprised. It looked to him the children were disappearing like rabbits. Then he told the kids it. But the children said We’re not disappearing. The parents were laughing. And the kids a little bit. I like the part where the parents were laughing. It was in the nut room. All the parents were laughing. Laughing so hard. So hard that they did not hear what was going on. But nothing was going on. Just a bunch of noise. I do not like the part where Mr. Wonka said the children were disappearing like rabbits. It was also in the Nut Room. The children started laughing as soon as Mr. Wonka started to say it. There were to more children. Charlie and Mike Teavee. There were also Mrs. Teavee, Mr. Wonka and Grandpa Joe. They were all dancing with some music at the parade.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Chapter 23!

In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory… Everybody stopped at the door. They were very surprised. Surprised by the big letters. The letters on the door. It said: SQUARE SWEETS THAT LOOK ROND!!! Everybody was surprised. The door was made out of glass. I like the part where the letters were big. Everybody stopped immediately. They looked straight at Mr. Wonka. They looked at him with big eyes. And big ears. To listen what was going to happen. And see. I do not like the part where the door was made out of glass. It was inside the Factory. It was in the middle of the Factory. Inside it had a lot of nuts. It was a nut room. Everybody was shocked. Mr. Wonka said that Veruca could go in, her parents agreed.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Chapter 22

In Charlie and the Choclate Factory… Everybody wanted to know how Violet Beauregarde was going to get back thin like a usual person. And that’s what Charlie asked Mr. Wonka. The Oompa Loompa is going to roll her in a machine. And she’ll come out as thin as a whistle. But she’ll be purple instead of blue. They were going to put her in a round machine. Now she is a normal person. I like the part where Violet Beauregarde was a normal person. It was after she came out. Everybody was surprised. And happy. They tried not to touch Violet. Because they did not know if purple skin is poisonous or not. Violet was a little happy to. I do not like the part where the Oompa Loompa was going to put Violet in a big machine. Mr. and Mrs. Beauregarde were very worried. They also wanted to know. But that time he did not know. He knew the answer by asking the Indian Prince. Then he knew the answer. The Indian prince knows everything.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Chapter 13!

In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory… At Charlie’s house the sun was out but it was still covered with snow and the temperature was cold. In front of Mr. Willy Wonka’s Factory, many people were standing in front of his Factory. They were very excited to see the Ticket holders go in. There were many people. It was just before 10 o’clock. It was very tremendous. Many people were pushing and shoving their way, and the policemen kept pulling them back. I like the part where all the people were very excited to see the Ticket holders go in. It was outside. They got a chance to see what was inside. It was very loud, and exciting, and very wonderful. But only 1 time. Most of the people wanted to look for a long time or look in for 3 times. There were lots of yelling. I do not like the part where the policemen had to pull the people back. It was also outside. But they were shouting: PLEASE LET US STAY WE WANT TO SEE! at the same time. They said it 4 times. 2 of the times inside. And 2 outside. There were more than 106 people.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Chapter 12!

In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory… In Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Charlie cried MOTHER MOTHER MOTHER!!! He ran in the old grandparent’s room and showed them his Golden Ticket. His mother was making the grandparents their soup. Then as soon as Grandpa Joe lifted up to see he jumped up and said YIPEE. He spilled his soup on Grandma Josephine. He was so excited. He was so excited he ran to tell Mr. Bucket and Mrs. Bucket. I like the part where Charlie really wanted his mother to see his Ticket. He was super super excited. With a big smile. Very big. He ran as fast as he could to show. Then his mother said slow down. But Charlie didn’t listen to his mother, he kept on running. I do not like the part where Grandpa Joe almost spilled his soup on Grandma Josephine. It was in their room. The bowl also almost cracked. He was very very very excited. He made a very big big smile. A very big smile. He was as happy as it was valentine’s day.
